Retail products may offer listed color, text, logo or NFC options. Our Custom FDM service is for manufacturing a customer's ready-to-print file in quantity; it is not a general product-design service. Submit the file and requirements through the Custom Order page for technical review and a quote.

We primarily use biodegradable PLA for sustainability and durable PETG for enhanced strength and durability.

In-stock retail products are normally prepared in 2–5 business days, and made-to-order or personalized retail products in 5–10 business days. Carrier transit begins afterward. Custom FDM orders follow the schedule in the approved quote.

Absolutely! Our products are meticulously crafted using high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity.

Tracked services receive a shipping confirmation when the carrier label is created. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Yes. Quantity FDM manufacturing is a core part of our print farm. Upload your ready-to-print file and specifications on the Custom Order page so we can review material, quantity, printability and schedule.

All sales are final except for products that arrive defective, materially different from the listing or damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 calendar days whenever reasonably possible and review the Returns page for evidence and eligibility details.

Our 3D printed items require minimal care. Simply clean with a soft cloth or mild detergent as needed. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight.
