We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
What qualifies
A return, replacement, or refund may be approved only when:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The item has a defect on arrival
Custom and personalized items
All custom, personalized, or made to order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to request help
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Next steps
After we review your request, we will offer the best solution, which may include:
- A replacement part or replacement item
- A refund, if a replacement is not available
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Important note
We do not accept returns for preference, change of mind, or normal variations from the 3D printing process, such as small layer lines or minor surface marks that do not affect function.
