Returns

Most SW Design products are made specifically after an order is placed. Products that are made to order, customized, personalized, or produced in a customer-selected color are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, color preference, accidental purchase, or selection of an incompatible tool or Packout model.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The final-sale rule does not apply if an item arrives damaged or defective, is materially different from its description, or is different from what was ordered.

Please contact us promptly through our Contact page or at info@swdesignprintfarm.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we complete our review.

After reviewing the claim, SW Design will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law. If a physical return is required, do not send the item before receiving written authorization and return instructions from us.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the exact model number of the tool and the Packout case before purchasing an insert. Similar-looking tools and cases can have different dimensions. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming compatibility.

Normal Manufacturing Characteristics

Visible layer lines, seams, support-contact marks, and minor color variations are normal characteristics of FDM-manufactured products and are not defects unless they materially affect function or conflict with the product description.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we submit a refund depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
