Welcome to SW Design Print Farm. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Store information

SW Design Print Farm sells 3D printed products and related goods through our online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order on our site.

3. Orders and payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Product information and 3D printing variations

Our items are 3D printed and may show small, natural variations such as light layer lines or minor surface marks. These are normal for the 3D printing process and do not affect function.

We do our best to display accurate photos and descriptions. Colors may look different depending on your screen.

5. Custom and personalized orders

Custom, personalized, or made to order items may require additional time. These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear.

8. Cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you contact us quickly, we will do our best to help, but once production or shipping begins, the order may not be canceled.

9. Use and safety

Our products are intended for general use. Some items may include small parts and are not suitable for young children. Always use products responsibly and follow any care instructions provided.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product designs, photos, text, branding, and graphics, belongs to SW Design Print Farm or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content or designs without written approval.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SW Design Print Farm is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
