Last updated: September 1, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how SW Design Print Farm collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our Shopify store, place an order, request a custom FDM quote, upload a file or communicate with us.

Information we collect

• Contact and order information, including name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping address;
• Transaction information, product selections and payment status. Payment card details are processed by Shopify and payment providers and are not stored directly by us;
• Account, support and communication records;
• Device, browser, IP address, cookie and store-interaction information;
• Files, logos, models, specifications and notes submitted for customization or a production quote.

How we use information

We use information to operate the store; process and deliver orders; review files and prepare quotes; provide customer service; prevent fraud and security incidents; meet tax, accounting and legal obligations; improve products and site performance; and send marketing only where permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Shopify and service providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share information as reasonably necessary with Shopify and providers that support payments, shipping, file storage, analytics, communications, fraud prevention and professional services. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, you may use available privacy controls or contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

Cookies and analytics

Shopify and approved tools use cookies or similar technologies for essential store functions, preferences, measurement, security and—if enabled—advertising. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but portions of the store may not function correctly.

Customer-uploaded files

Files submitted for quotes or customization are used to evaluate, manufacture and support the requested work. Do not upload sensitive personal information or material you do not have the right to use. We may retain files and related production records for operational, quality, dispute-prevention and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer reasonably needed.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including order fulfillment, warranties, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Rights may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions, including records we must retain. You may also manage marketing preferences through the unsubscribe link.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
